We use rhythmic and expressive movement on fitness balls to build dynamic balance, strength, flexibility, dexterity, agility, coordination, core power, and cardio-respiratory fitness. Group sessions are progressive, require no experience or athletic background. Every exercise begins with a Yoga like posture which anyone can do. You quickly progress into optional levels of difficulty by connecting each posture to another with the effortless fluidity of Tai Chi.
